Ingredients (For 4 serves)
- Mortadella Bologna PGI 2.5 oz
- Steamed green beans, 21.6 oz
- Pine nuts, 1.7 oz
- Extra virgin olive oil, 0.6 oz
- Balsamic vinegar, 0.3 oz
Combine the mortadella and extra virgin olive oil in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped.
Pour the mortadella mixture over the steamed green beans and stir well.
Add the pine nuts and the balsamic vinegar.
Stir well and serve.
