BAKED POTATOES WITH MORTADELLA BOLOGNA PGI

Ingredients (For 4 serves)

  • Mortadella Bologna PGi cubes, 2 oz.
  • potatoes, 2

  • tomato, half

 

  • bread crumbs, 2 tbs
  • pecorino cheese, 2 tbs
  • extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbs
  • Onion, 1
  • a pinch of salt

BAKED POTATOES WITH MORTADELLA BOLOGNA PGI

Method

Cut in pieces potatoes and onion in slices.

Add mortadella cubes. Mix all with olive oil, salt and pecorino cheese.

Add sliced tomatoes on top.

Sprinkle bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
