Ingredients (For 4 serves)
- Mortadella Bologna PGI, 1/4 cup
- savoy cabbage, ¼ cup
- vegetable broth, 1 cup
- garlic, 1clove
- olive oil, 2 tbs
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
Slice mortadella in cubes.
Slice savoy cabbage.
Stir-fry cabbage with oil, salt and mortadella. Add rice.
Gently add vegetable broth and allow to evaporate.
If broth ends and rice isn’t cooked yet add water.
Cook rice for about 20 minutes.
